BB Fertilizer Production Line Layout

BB fertilizer is produced through physical blending. The layout follows the principles of smooth flow, streamlined logistics, clear zoning, and safety and environmental protection. A well-planned BB fertilizer production line can improve production efficiency and reduce operating costs. The overall layout adopts a straight-line, forward-flow arrangement, with raw material warehousing, pretreatment, batching, mixing, packaging, and finished product delivery arranged in a single direction to prevent material backflow and cross-transportation, and shorten conveying distances. The plant area is uniformly divided into five functional areas, with each area isolated and designed to prevent interference. The raw material storage area is located at the rear, upwind of the plant. Sealed raw material warehouses are constructed, with separate areas for storing urea, potash, phosphate fertilizer, and trace elements. Equipped with screening and impurity removal equipment, the area is protected against moisture and seepage, and sufficient storage space is provided for easy unloading of raw materials from vehicles. The core production area is centrally located, employing a high-level, layered design. The upper layer houses an automated batching system for precise proportioning of various raw materials; the middle layer features high-efficiency mixing equipment for uniform material blending; and the bottom layer houses automated packaging units that utilize gravity feeding from top to bottom, reducing investment in conveyor equipment. Maintenance access is provided between equipment areas to ensure convenient operation and maintenance. The finished product storage area is located at the front of the workshop, adjacent to the shipping gate, with planned forklift access and equipped with temporary storage racks for finished products, facilitating inspection, palletizing, and rapid loading and transportation.
