Multiple Silos Single Weigh Static Batching System Operation Guidelines
The multiple silos single weigh static batching system is a core quantitative equipment in bio organic fertilizer production lines and compound fertilizer production lines. It consists of storage silos, feeding devices, weighing hoppers, sensors, and a PLC control cabinet. It uses a single-scale static metering system, offering high accuracy and stability, and can meet the needs of multiple formulas and material ratios. Pre-start checks: Clean any lumps and foreign objects from the silos to ensure smooth material flow from each silo; check the arch-breaking device and vibrating/screw feeder for proper function, and ensure belt and chain tension are appropriate; confirm the weighing hopper is free of jamming, the sensors are under normal load, and the protective cover is secure; lubricate the reducer and bearings, check the wiring and pneumatic components for leaks, and perform a no-load test run to confirm normal equipment operation. During operation, first set the formula on the touchscreen, input the weight ratio of each raw material, save the parameters, and then start the automatic mode. The system feeds material sequentially from silo by silo, using a dual-speed feeding system (fast feed for increased efficiency, slow feed for accuracy). The system automatically stops when the set weight is reached. Maintain a static and stable weighing process during material feeding to avoid vibration interference and ensure accurate proportioning.
