MSA Booklet: Guide for Successful Skills Assessment

The MSA Booklet organises everything an engineer needs for a Migration Skills Assessment into four sections: Section A covering the evaluation procedure, fees, and process; Section B covering pathway selection; Section C covering CDR preparation in detail; and Section D covering additional assessment services. Five distinct pathways exist within this framework, Accredited Australian, Washington Accord, Sydney Accord, and Dublin Accord qualifications, alongside the Competency Demonstration Report for anyone outside those recognised accords. Standard CDR processing currently runs closer to 15 weeks for assessor assignment rather than the shorter estimates some older guides still cite, and every non-accredited applicant needs a complete CDR built from a CPD record, three Career Episodes, and a Summary Statement.
