Troubleshooting Solutions for Problems with Finished Products in NPK Blended Fertilizer Equipment

During the production of NPK blending fertilizer production lines, if the finished product exhibits problems such as uneven nutrient distribution, clumping, or substandard particle size, it is necessary to troubleshoot and address these issues by examining the operating status and process parameters of the NPK blending machine. The core approach is to identify the source of the problem, adjust equipment parameters, and optimize process operations. For problems with nutrient deviations in the finished product, first check the accuracy of the equipment sensors, calibrate the weighing module to eliminate measurement errors, and verify whether there are blockages or bridging phenomena at the raw material bin discharge ports to ensure that each raw material is accurately fed according to the formula ratio; if the connection between the batching system and the mixer is not smooth, adjust the mixer speed and mixing time to ensure thorough homogenization of the materials and prevent nutrient stratification due to incomplete mixing. If the finished product exhibits clumping, check the granulation temperature and moisture content parameters of the granulator, reduce the amount of binder added or increase the hot air temperature of the dryer, and check the mesh size of the screening equipment, promptly cleaning clogged screens; for unqualified particle size, adjust the granulator’s cutter speed and ring die compression ratio, or replace the corresponding sieve mesh of the screening machine to screen out qualified finished products, and return unqualified materials to the crushing stage for reprocessing. In addition, if the finished product shows excessive impurities, check the impurity removal equipment in the raw material pretreatment stage, clean metal impurities and large foreign objects from the magnetic separator and vibrating screen, and regularly inspect and maintain the equipment’s sealing components to prevent lubricating oil and metal fragments from mixing into the materials.
